Terms and Conditions

1. Sessions are limited to one family or a group of close friends per booking (max 3 children).

2. Session times are limited to 20 minutes. Sessions will finish 20 mins after the start time . Please arrive 5 mins before your session is due to start. Due to the schedule and fast paced nature of Christmas sessions, the Photographer will not make up any time should the Client arrive late for their session. 

3. The photographer will do their best to encourage smiles and participation of children during your session, however we cannot be held responsible for children’s expressions during the session.

4. Sessions are not suitable for newborn babies or babies who cannot sit up unaided but parents can get in the photos and hold baby.

5. Where small children are involved, parents have full responsibility to act as spotters during the shoot to ensure children are positioned safely and securely and must stay close by to fulfil this role.

6. Liability - The Photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.

Waiver of liability: The Client(s) expressly releases the photographer from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence. By making a deposit or full payment you are agreeing to this Waiver of liability along with the Photoshoot Terms & Conditions.

7. No cameras or recording equipment other than the Photographers are permitted during the shoot.

8. All high-resolution jpg images will be delivered to the client via an online gallery within 3 days. A link to this gallery will be emailed to the client. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they access and download their own images within the timeframe outlined in the delivery email. Unless otherwise agreed, the Client(s) will have 30 days to download images, once the gallery has been provided.

9. All images and the copyright within them shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the photographer in perpetuity. No copyright of any images shall pass to the client on the granting of reproduction rights. The right, by way of license to use the images is passed to the client only upon receiving full payment. This license is non-transferable and intended exclusively for personal use. No image may be used for promotional, advertising or any other commercial purpose without the express permission of the photographer and, at the discretion of the photographer, the payment of additional fees and an accompanying written credit to the photographer.

10. If the photographer needs to cancel the session for any reason, all monies will be refunded.
